Rental Rates 

 "The Season" -  From 1st of November thru May 31st

"The Off Season" -  From 1st of June thru October 31st  

           Weekly  (7 Day  Minimum)               $1,250.00 /week

Longer term rental rates available on request. Cleaning fee of $175 and refundable damage deposit of one month's rent for long term rentals, $500 applicable on all short term rentals.  Utilities included on on  weekly rentals - negotiable on seasonal term rentals. Payment & Cancellation Policies: 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel 30 days or more prior, payments (less $100) are refunded. 

Pool heating: The pool is naturally heated by the sun. In winter, however, you may prefer a higher temperature requiring the use of the gas heater. Because our rental rates are below market, a nominal fee of $15/day will apply to help defray the cost of the gas heater on all rentals less then one month.
